1 staff for every 8 children

Up to 16 preschoolers settle into their projects under the guidance of two full-time staff. These little ones are kept busy all day with a large variety of activities that will prepare them for Kindergarten by allowing ample time to explore the world around them.

Lisa (R.E.C.E, B.A. in Hisory & B.Ed.)



​Lisa graduated from George Brown College in 2002. From there she went on to complete her B.A. in History at York University and finally onto the University of Windsor for her teaching degree. Throughout her schooling, Lisa has stayed a committed Montrose staff. She has been with Montrose for 12 years.

Nana (R.E.C.E)



Nana graduated from George Brown College in 2014 and has been with Montrose since.  She enjoys being outdoors, going hiking and snowboardding.  She also likes to travel and go on road trips.

Rob (R.E.C.E)



Rob owns a ridiculous amount of cookbooks. He enjoys reading about the history and culture of food and how it connects us.​Rob has been in the field for 27 years, 21 of which have been with Montrose. He graduated from George Brown College in 1990.

In another life he thinks he would have been a food historian.
